2007, the best year yet for our Transit Division !

Since our move into our new Camp Hill facility, our establishment of additional departments to provide exceptional customer service and our implementation of our AAR Quality Program, the RAM Transit/Railroad Division business has exploded. 

In 2006, we expanded our operation to encompass 6 departments including Administrative, Human Resources, Logistics, Production, Technical and Quality.   Feedback from customers was used to restructure our Transit/Railroad Division to provide even better customer service which our customers have grown to appreciate.  This addition also has helped us to lay the groundwork for future expansion. 

Since 2006 RAM Transit/Railroad Division has been awarded numerous contracts and received additional work from many new and established customers.  Alstom, National Railroad Passenger Corporation (AMTRAK), Bombardier, Herzog Transit Services, Inc., Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority (METRO), Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA)  Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company  (MBCR),  Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), Metro-North Railroad (MTA), New Jersey Transit and Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) are among the companies who either sent us additional work or awarded our division with new contracts.  We appreciate the opportunity to provide these companies with repair, manufacturing and engineering services. 

May, 2007 was a record sale month.  This milestone was achieved thanks to our employees’ dedication and hard work.   Moving forward,  the implementation of a new computer system and the Association of American Railroad (AAR) Quality program will enable us to further expand our business in 2008
