RAM Industrial Services offers our customers the advantage of a 'one stop shop'.  From full turn-key projects including the removal, installation, and equipment start up; to refurbishment and/or rewind of apparatus to the customer's or manufacturer's specification. 

RAM has successfully completed service and rewinding on motors and generators up to and including 6000 HP - 13,200 volts.  Our specialized services and complete machining capabilities include repairs on apparatus up to 60 inch diameter - 20 feet in length.  We are also capable of performing on-site machining and milling.  Babbitted sleeve bearings are centrifugal cast with U.T. certification available.  Hard face coatings including Carbide, Tungsten, and Stainless are applied to surfaces for abrasive wear resistant applications via our HVOF system.  (HVOF stands for High Velocity Oxygenated Fuel). 

RAM has the capacity to lift 30 Ton with 25 feet under the hook.  Our fleet of trucks is able to transport up to 30,000 pounds.  Our multiple locations will allow the most expedited service in the industry. 

We also offer a field service department that can assist in preventing down-time with our predictive maintenance program.  Other services available on site include laser alignment, vibration analysis and infra-red scanning.
